By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry related to appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, insurance and billing notices, treatment follow-ups, patient forms, review requests, and occasional promotional offers. These messages are sent to the mobile number you provide at the time of opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or of any purchase.

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or patient intake forms, by providing written consent at our office, or by texting START to our office number. We will send a confirmation message when you enroll.
