We're glad you're here. Whether you're new to Nephi or looking for a new dental home, our team cares for kids, teens and adults from across Juab County.

Your first visit: We start with an exam and any X-rays you need, listen to your concerns, and give you an honest look at what we see. Then we explain your options and let you choose what fits you.

What to bring: Photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of your current medications, and any recent X-rays or records from your last dentist.

Please email or text us your insurance information before your appointment. The sooner the better, so we can check your benefits ahead of time.
