Annette has been an integral part of Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry for over 30 years, overseeing all aspects of our front office. She is the first friendly face you will meet and shares the office ideal of “caring about not just [patients’] dental needs but their lives in general. We have fun and love to come to work.” She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in dental insurance and coordinating treatment for our patients. Annette graduated from the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology and received her associate degree from Southern Utah University.

Annette loves to travel but asserts that her grandchildren are her “best and greatest hobby.” Annette and her husband, Ken, have three children and seven grandchildren.

Charlotte has been part of our practice as a highly trained cosmetic and restorative dental assistant for over 28 years. She graduated with her registered dental assistant degree from the American Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. Charlotte holds her knowledge and skills to an exceptional standard with continuous education and training and is an invaluable asset to our team. Charlotte “absolutely loves” the patients and appreciates the friendship of her co-workers “in and outside the office.”

Charlotte and Drew Kay enjoy camping with their two married children and “playing with their four grandbabies.” She also enjoys playing volleyball in her spare time.

Gabriella is a Freshman at Juab High School. She has worked along-side family members cleaning and maintaining the dental office and grounds for over four years. She is efficient and thorough in her responsibilities and is also receiving training as a dental assistant, which she plans to utilize for employment to provide funding for her college education. Gabriella is very musical, playing the piano and singing. She loves spending time with her family & best friends and playing the great game of soccer.

Heidi graduated from Bridgerland Technical College in Logan, Utah, with her dental assisting certification. She has over five years of dental assisting and front office experience and is a phenomenal asset to our team. Heidi possesses a kind, caring and professional disposition and excels in welcoming and assisting patients with any questions or concerns they have. She enjoys working with the great people at our practice and helping all team members be successful with both their professional and home lives.

Heidi loves reading, sleeping, binge-watching Netflix with her husband, Brian, and creatively entertaining her two active and adorable boys.

Friendly, intelligent, efficient and professional are a few characteristics that describe Janae at our front desk. Janae possesses over 16 years of extensive dental knowledge and experience and has worked in multiple practices, each with a differing array of services. She is eager to assist patients in answering any dental-related questions they have or scheduling convenient appointments and services. Janae loves getting to know each patient and their family and helping to ease their concerns. She also appreciates the fun-loving, family environment of the team here.

Janae values a healthy and active lifestyle and works out regularly. She and her husband, Kasey, have a beautiful blended family of six children.

Jessica is currently attending Brigham Young University and plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in commercial music. She has worked at our practice for over six years cleaning the office building and maintaining the grounds as well as receiving excellent training as a dental assistant. Jessica is our go-to-girl when we need a fill-in dental assistant and provides quality care for our patients.

Jessica has a passion for music. She enjoys playing the harp and piano, arranging and composing music, and singing. She has also developed a love for photography and art.

Joseph is a Junior at Juab High School and has been a part-time custodian and groundskeeper at the dental practice for over 6 years. Joseph knows the value of a organized and well-kept professional space. He takes care to fulfill his responsibilities so that patients receive dental services in an attractive, clean and orderly environment. As a current intern at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry, Joseph is shadowing, receiving dental assistant training & related business experience. Upon graduation from high school, he plans follow in the footsteps of his dad and pursue a career in the dental field.

Kim attended Snow College and Weber State University consecutively, earning her registered dental hygiene degree in 2004. Kim has extensive knowledge in clinical periodontal and general dental hygiene, providing high-quality preventive and educational services and treatment with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. Kim considers the best part of her employment the “great people” she works with and the “great atmosphere” at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry.

Outside the office, Kim enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and spending quality time with her “incredible husband,” Joe, and their five “wonderful kiddos.”

Leesa received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from Utah Valley University in 2000 and was awarded the Golden Scaler Award for her graduating class. Additionally, Leesa currently holds a clinical instructor position at Utah Valley University Department of Dental Hygiene. She has been a registered dental hygienist in our office for over 15 years and consistently receives positive patient feedback regarding her skill of putting patients at ease and her gentle hand. Leesa enjoys the “fun atmosphere” and cohesiveness that our dentist and team share at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry.

Leesa also enjoys quality family time at the lake with her husband, Anthony, and their three wonderful children.

Lori has been a registered dental assistant at our practice for over 28 years, upon graduating from the American Institute of Medical and Dental Technology. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in dental techniques and practices used to promote and maintain excellent oral health. She continually enhances her skill set with CE courses and trainings. With her infectious personality, Lori also facilitates scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment for patients. She enjoys having “fun” with the dental team at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry as well as “visiting with patients and meeting new people.”

Lori loves spending time with her family camping, four-wheeling and playing games.

Marie earned her dental hygienist degree from Montana State University of Great Falls, Montana, in 2008 and has provided excellent hygiene services to patients for over 13 years. Marie is genuinely passionate about high-quality, thorough and compassionate care. She has extensive knowledge in clinical periodontal and general dental hygiene and provides outstanding preventive and educational services to patients with gentle proficiency and professionalism.

Marie and her husband, Loren, are recent empty nesters with three grown children. Marie enjoys hiking, fishing and camping in the great outdoors with her family.

Sue Ann attended Snow College and then Weber State University, obtaining her registered dental hygiene degree, and has been a valuable member of our dental team for over six years. Sue Ann consistently provides exceptional dental hygiene services to youth and adults. To help patients achieve optimal oral health and the best smiles possible, Sue Ann attends continuing education trainings and courses, staying current with the latest research, information and products. She “loves working with” our dentist, co-workers and patients.

After work hours, Sue Ann enjoys quilting and spending time with her husband, Dale, and four sons.

Sherrie earned her dental hygienist degree from Utah College of Dental Hyiene in 2016 and has provided excellent hygiene services to patients for over 6 years. Sherrie is genuinely passionate about high quality, thorough and compassionate care. She has extensive knowledge in clinical periodontal and general dental hygiene and is a great addition to our professional team and growing practice. Sherrie provides outstanding preventive and educational services to patients and is our Friday and Saturday hygienist for patients needing convenient after work or weekend appointments.

You might not have known that Sherrie has a twin sister! She enjoys watching movies, reading and time in the great outdoors ATV riding with her family.

Rorie is a native of Juab County, graduating from JHS in 2000. She started working in the dental service industry after graduation from Careers Unlimited Dental Assisting School in 2001. She provides quality, compassionate care for our patients and is an exceptional dental assistant with extensive experience in orthodontics. She enjoys working with the great people at Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry and our patients and team love her sense of humor and friendly smile.

Rorie is married to Health Butler, who owns a very successful plumbing business. They have a son who serves the community of West Jordan as a police officer and second son who is a 6th grader. After work hours, Rorie loves spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball & going to the gym.

Taya graduated with honors receiving her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene in April of 2022. She trained with Pinnacle Advanced Dentistry prior to graduation and brings an energetic & knowlegeable viewpoint as well as a fun, positive attitude. Taya can’t wait to continue her career and grow relationships with her patients and is “so glad she can already call [her] coworkers [her] second family”. May 5th is a monumental day for Taya—she will be marrying her fiance, Nic Booth, and the Juab County native couple plan to continue living in Nephi.

Taya enjoys camping and being in the great outdoors as well as golfing, sports and games. Taya especially loves spending time with her family and friends.
